It protects boat surfaces from scratches, dings and other blemishes that can be caused by aluminum handles. Additionally, it ensures the tool will float if unintentionally dropped in water.
The Handle Mate PFD is a black neoprene sleeve that fits securely over Shurhold’s 5-foot, 6-foot and 9-foot handles. Easily installed, the patented device provides a soft, cushioned grip while protecting from accidental scratches. An included foam insert slides inside the hollow handle for additional flotation.
The device increases the functionality of Shurhold’s One Handle Does It All system. Now landing nets, gaff hooks and any of the company’s other handle attachments can be used without fear of losing the handle in the water.
