The S211 gives families the ultimate experience in wakeboarding and surfing fun, cool styling and essential features at a price that won’t break the bank. This compact Supreme model exudes quality, beginning with the unibody reverse-shoe-box construction fit between the hull and liner. Double and triple-stitched upholstery work ensures years of durable comfort.
The V-hull settles the ride in rough water, and the large SmoothTrack Tracking Fin keeps the boat tracking straight, even when a rider in tow cuts aggressively. The fin surface area acts as a pivot point, significantly improving slow and high-speed handling as well as navigating in reverse.
The forward-swept Skylon S5 Tower enhances the lines of the S211, introducing a wrinkle-coated element that is matched on the exterior by a fresh new air vent and throughout the interior by new grab handles.
A 4½-inch screen on the dash provides easy access to the electronic speed control and other features.
This Supreme also comes with the QuickFill ballast system, which uses gravity to fill up the standard 750 gallons of ballast in two minutes. Simply open the gate and the boat takes on ballast; in no time, it’s ready to surf.
“The wave offers a smooth shape and has a solid mellow-to-steep transition as the wave progresses,” says Emily Dale of Wakeboarding magazine. “Although this boat is relatively small and in the value class, it performs really well and throws a consistent wave that’ll keep you coming back for more.”
The length of the wave behind the S211 was more than we expected, Dale says. “We had a lot of fun surfing at the end of the pocket, and the little lip at the end was a good time as well,” she adds.
Ultimately, with combination of ballast, the wave generated by the S211 can prove to be perfect for the beginner to intermediate wakesurfer, as well as advanced surfers looking to have a fun and relaxed ride.
