Balise Pontoons, a luxury pontoon line created by Crest Pontoons, just announced the launch of its new Halo Model.

The 26-foot boat (31’5” with the engine or engines mounted) is a thoroughly modern pontoon with a sleek profile and plenty of innovative design features. Start with the fiberglass fencing and rails with a forward raked profile at the bow. The Halo seats up to 12 people and offers two different layouts–the Cruise layout features opposing lounges aft to create a conversation pit, while the Lounge layout features a sunpad with an adjustable backrest to create forward or aft-facing seating. Both layouts feature opposing lounges in the bow for a second socialization point. The seating features high-quality “Cool-Touch” vinyl.

The standard SeaDek flooring provides comfort and traction underfoot while adding to the style factor. Other great standards include front and rear safety cameras, wireless charging pads at both the helm and co-captain’s seat, a built-in cooler that lowers to the water, and a Lillipad swim ladder.

Owners have the option of single or twin Mercury outboards from 350 to 1,000 horsepower, along with a joystick piloting system and bow and stern thrusters to help with docking. Pricing starts at $307,538.

We’ll have a lot more to say about the new Halo when we get the chance to put it through its paces on the water, so stay tuned for a comprehensive boat test.
