The Norwegian builder Marex is bringing its 440 Gourmet Cruiser to the U.S. for the first time, setting to debut at the upcoming Newport International Boat Show, which runs from September 11-14th.

The 440 Gourmet Cruiser is appointed to live up to its name, featuring an extra-large kitchen and bar in the salon, which opens up to the aft cockpit. The cockpit is set up to entertain, with comfortable wraparound seating that surrounds an expandable teak table. It’s a great layout for a day on the water with friends and family.

The hydraulic swim platform on the transom makes for great water access, especially with the boarding ladder that lends safe passage back to the cockpit. Add the optional davit system, and the platform is ready for tender duty for extended cruises.

Belowdecks, the 440 Gourmet Cruiser offers a two-or-three stateroom design, depending on how much sleeping space you need for your crew.

The 440 Gourmet Cruiser is powered by twin Volvo Pentas up to 960-hp, with the option for sterndrives, V-drives or IPS propulsion.
