Having personally seen the original RemigoOne electric outboard, I’m sure boaters shopping for portable, electric power will want to see this newest model, the RemigoOne Neo

Building on the success of the original RemigoOne, the new Neo is much more powerful, delivering up to 1,500 W of boost power (equivalent to 4 hp combustion outboard) in a sleek, aluminum unibody design with an integrated battery. It’s the lightest motor in its class (34 lbs with battery), engineered for tenders, dinghies, and recreational boats up to 1.5 tons–where it would be used as auxiliary, slow-speed power.

The Neo features:

  • More power: 1500 W bursts for strong tides, headwinds, or acceleration, instantly repeatable.
  • Integrated 1085 Wh battery with fast charging in 3 hours (or solar/external charging underway).
  • Refined design: quieter propeller, variable shaft length, optional remote control.
  • Ready for adventure: intuitive, durable, and globally available now
  • Price: $3,499 USD

This new model’s integral 1,085 Wh battery will charge in six hours with the included charger. Fast chargers are optionally available. Notably, It offers reverse mode, which is a nice feature compared to many internal combustion engines of similar power which lack reverse.
