Pending approval by the U.S. Coast Guard (expected by summer 2015), the Crewfit 165N was developed with the latest 3-D technology to ensure maximum comfort levels. A peninsular chin support was developed to keep a person’s airway clear of the water in myriad conditions. There are attachment points for a Crewsaver surface light and a safety harness as well as a crotch strap so the Crewfit 165N won’t ride up. UML MK5 or Halky Roberts 840 manual valves and an oral tube provide inflation. To make it easier for rescuers to find the wearer in the water, there is reflective tape.
