The individual category winners are:

- Sustainability: Suzuki Marine
- Training: AkzoNobel (honorable mention: ABYC)
This award – created to honor Exceptional, Purposeful, Innovative, Compassionate companies — was presented during a special pre-show meeting on the second day of IBEX.
The EPIC Awards (formerly known as the Most Innovative Company Awards) are judged by a panel of journalists and industry experts. Entrants are evaluated in a range of categories: Altruism/Social Awareness, Development & Technology, Work Culture, Manufacturing Process/Supply Chains, Start-Ups, and Sustainability. In addition to winners for each category, an overall Top EPIC Award is bestowed to the company rated best by the judges across all categories.
