Vosker VKX Adds Another Layer of Security

Keep an eye on your vessel from virtually anywhere.

Keeping tabs on your boat when you’re away can be challenging, whether it’s stored on a trailer, tied to a dock or resting on a lift. Remote monitoring technology offers boat owners another tool to help protect their investment, and the Vosker VKX Cellular Security Camera is designed specifically for that task.

The wire-free VKX uses a built-in rechargeable battery supported by an oversized solar panel, eliminating the need for external power or complicated wiring. Integrated 4G LTE cellular connectivity allows users to access images and video remotely through the Vosker mobile app, making it easy to check on a boat while traveling or during extended periods away from the marina.

Built for outdoor environments, the VKX carries an IP66 weather-resistance rating and features a 90-degree wide-angle lens, motion detection, night vision and audio recording. Smart notifications can distinguish between people, animals and vehicles, helping owners quickly determine when attention may be needed. The VKX comes with all the hardware needed to easily mount it high on a building, a piling or a pole. Coming soon is a clamp mount, as well as a magnetic mount. Boaters can also use the system to verify that dock lines remain secure, confirm the boat is floating properly after changing weather conditions and monitor activity around the vessel.

The Vosker VKX offers an accessible option for boaters looking to add remote monitoring and an extra measure of security for their boat and gear.
